Within six months of our appointment we had found a property on the edge of the Lake District National Park, with 70 acres of good pasture land and a grade 2* listed medieval, formerly fortified, farmhouse.
We inspected the farm, undertook due diligence, negotiated the price and liaised with other professionals including solicitors and building surveyors to ensure a successful completion of the purchase.
We now manage the property and provide advice on planning, environmental enhancement and have set up occupation arrangements for the sensitive farming of the pasture land and use of the farm buildings.
